Improving

Find Time

in Superhuman Calendar

in Superhuman
Calendar

A smoother, more flexible way to find time with others.

Bringing clarity to crowded team schedules through adaptive layouts and custom view controls.

Refining Find Time for people who schedule quickly.

Superhuman Calendar includes Find Time, a feature people rely on to coordinate with others. But users often saw it as buggy or ineffective, since it only surfaced times when everyone was free.

I improved Find Time for power users trying to schedule a quick meeting. I redesigned the interaction that had felt buggy, made the feature easier to discover, and added support for finding times with partial attendance.

I also used Claude Code to ship 3 PRs that fixed the existing interactions, working with my project manager and engineers through deployment. Then I tested internally to catch the remaining friction.

The details of this project are under NDA, but feel free to email kyrenetam@gmail.com to learn more!
